Richard Power is a partner in Clyde & Co's Global Arbitration Group, specialising in energy law with a particular focus on the power sector, including hydrogen, solar, and wind energy. He advises utilities, independent power producers, and major network owners on commercial, corporate, and contractual disputes, PPA and gas supply contract price reviews, judicial reviews, regulatory disputes, and investment treaty claims.
