Tobias Badelt is the Global Director of Sales for Battery Energy Storage Systems at Exide Technologies, responsible for industrial and standalone storage solutions. He brings over ten years of experience in lithium-ion battery energy storage systems across global markets.

Tobias has held senior sales and business development roles at ECO STOR, Rolls-Royce, and Qinous, covering large-scale storage and industrial applications across emerging markets. He began his career at Siemens, managing electrical power supply projects for industrial facilities across multiple countries.
