Peter Birkner, Honorary Professor at Bergische Universität Wuppertal, has nearly 30 years of experience in leadership roles within regional and municipal utilities across Germany and the EU. He has been a key figure at Eurelectric in Brussels, chairing the DSO branch for over a decade.

Additionally, Peter serves on multiple advisory councils for start-ups, international companies, and research centers. His expertise lies in advancing sustainable energy systems and shaping the future of energy technology.
